Surviscor Commentary:Desjardins Bank's online banking site continues to perform below industry standards and is somewhat disappointing for an institution of its size. The website offers customers core functionality and a clean and crisp design; however, appears to promote a 'visit one of our branches/credit unions' approach if you prefer to perform more complicated transactions. Users must be careful which site they are visiting as there is the main AccessD as well as Desjardins Credit Union. Desjardins must strive to improve its service to prospective customers as it consistently finishes at the bottom of Surviscor's customer email responsiveness rating.
