Online Access via scorView™
The Surviscor scorView™ Program provides participating firms with secure access to a proprietary Surviscor web-based interface. The program provides firms with unlimited secure access to defined firm-related data. At present, program participants can access all service level enquiries including the individual service records and monthly benchmarking reports. The system has been designed to provide users with advanced search features and .csv formatted downloading capabilities.
Surviscor is committed to continually improving its online reporting services. Future development will introduce competitive benchmarking capabilities, scorCard™ data, a premium page management area and a consumer area.
scorView™ empowers firms, providing access to key customer service interaction data. data and allows an independent analysis of firm and competitor data. In addition to the advance search and downloading capabilities, firms have the ability to view the following service level data points within the online system. The key data points viewable online are:
- Method of interaction
- Service question
- Date and time of transmission
- Total accumulated response time
- Response text
- Auto-response date and time (if applicable)
- Auto-response text (if applicable)
- Accuracy of response
- Response Guideline performance - Was the stated response time met?
- Surviscor commentary (when applicable)
