The Surviscor Premium Page 'Exposure' Program provides a firm with an industry-leading prospecting tool and the opportunity to increase the awareness of the company value-proposition by highlighting its brand, services and general offering through a 'live summary' company page on the Surviscor site. This is not to be mistaken as an 'impression' page but rather a 'linked' page as visitors are actively searching out the information. The page features a firm logo, several links to open an account, recent Surviscor results, company written overview and what's new section, firm specific news, a featured firm video with access to a library of videos, to name a few. Surviscor offers two ongoing programs and a yearly Customer Service report. The options are:

  1. Service Level Assessment Program (SLA-P)
  2. Online Access to service records via scorView™
  3. Service Level - Year-In-Review

SLAP is a service level benchmarking and performance program based on Surviscor's 'mystery-shopper' email and social media interactions. The program demonstrates a firm's customer service efficiency and effectiveness by tracking interaction response times and accuracy to monthly anonymous email and social media questions allowing a firm to monitor its own progress while comparing the results to average industry standards, inter-firm departments and top industry leaders. The analysis calculates a Service Level Index (SLI) per interaction based upon a firm's response score in relation to the top firms, differentiating good firms from inadequate firms. In addition to monthly reporting, all individual detailed interactions are available online via scorView™. Many firm departments can make use of the reports including: Email/Call Centre Management; Marketing; Business Leaders, Human Resources (performance appraisals) and Representatives (training and performance reviews)

scorView™ is Surviscor's proprietary online client-interface that enables firms to access and analyse all individual customer service interactions or group them for trending purposes using a .csv download capability. The main differences between the scorView™ Program and SLA-P is the inexistence of monthly reporting and access to benchmarking select competitive information.

The Year-In-Review is a detailed analysis of a firm's calendar year service interactions providing insight into average hours to respond and Service Level Index (SLI) ratings by days of the week, by months, by quarters and for entire year. The report provides additional insight into top firms, industry trends, the effectiveness of auto-responders, the validation of actual responses and the ability to service potential customers (or current customers) within published response expectations. The report includes a summarized list of all individual interactions throughout the stated calendar year.
