Surviscor Commentary:Qtrade is the 2009 Customer Email Responsiveness (CER) winner for online brokerage. Qtrade is another firm that is fairly silent in the sharing of information with Surviscor. The site is very easy to use due to its good situational awareness. Its research and market data are very good , as well as the ability to provide users with robust tools. The security measures in place are good; however, prove somewhat problematic when a user does not sign-in on the traditional computer.
